With more than a decade of combined experience in the car-sharing industry, we have built and scaled a profitable fleets generating six-figure annual net profits. Our focus is on operational efficiency, systems, and helping others build sustainable car-sharing businesses.
We actively manage the Facebook community “Turo Host – Official Group,” with over 33,000 active members, providing a platform for hosts to connect, share insights, and grow. In addition, our combined YouTube channels have grown to over 7,700 subscribers, where we share practical tips, strategies, and industry updates.
Jho, has a background in Business and Supply Chain Management and is driven by a strong focus on financial independence and helping others achieve their financial goals. She brings over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has successfully balanced a full-time career alongside entrepreneurship and real estate ventures.
In addition to her professional work, Jho operates a mobile coffee cart business on weekends, combining her passion for customer service with hands-on business ownership. She is committed to continuous personal growth, including learning new skills and languages, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and spending quality time with her family.
James switched from a career in video production, where he gained over 10 years of experience, to car sharing. He loves working on cars, especially quirky vehicles and 1990s–2000s cars, and is passionate about helping people with their car-sharing needs. When he's not managing his fleet, you can find him tinkering in his shop, fixing up vehicles and bringing older cars back to life.
In addition to his car-sharing business, James also operates several other businesses, including an automotive shop, an automotive parts reselling business, and a coffee cart construction business. He is always looking for new opportunities to improve his businesses while keeping things simple, practical, and straightforward.
Andrew is the creator of the YouTube channel “Winning Strategies of Turo,” where he shares his insights and tips on managing Turo cars. With a fleet of a dozen vehicles, he has hands-on experience in the car-sharing business and is dedicated to helping others succeed in it. Andrew’s full-time career is in the finance and automotive world, giving him a unique perspective on both the business and operational side of the industry. Outside of his car-sharing endeavors, Andrew is a proud father and enjoys spending time with his kids. He has a passion for Corvettes, is fascinated by the latest tech in the automotive world, and — did we mention he has a rare Polestar 1?!
